In early October 2020, TerraKids school programs were able to resume after having been paused in keeping with Covid-19 prevention measures. TerraKids held programs in 5 schools in the Phatumphone District during the month of October. At each school, TerraClear water filters were donated for use in classrooms and a lively, informative educational program was presented. Over 700 students actively participated in songs, skits and hands-on learning to promote better health and safety in their school community.
In addition, a total of 30 disadvantaged students, identified by school officers, were provided with a school uniform, a backpack, books and pencils by the TerraKids team. There was much joy and even a few tears of delight among those students receiving this quite welcome gift.
